Interesting side note. Osama's compound is only about 200 meters from the Pakistan Military Academy. In November of 2010, Gen. Petraeus visited the Pakistan Military Academy. His car must have driven right by bin Laden's compound. The intelligence community has had a pretty good idea where bin Laden was since August of 2010. Petraeus must have known what he was looking at when he drove by the bin Laden compound. I'm sure he had some CIA guys with him doing a little recon on that trip.

It's a good day all around. I have to say I was a little disturbed by the carnival atmosphere in New York and Washington. I feel the same way when they do executions.
