Which is best for the talent depends on their personality. ADT doesn't allow much criticism of the girls, and it doesn't matter if it's good criticism or not. XXXPT lets you criticize ... but lets critics get deep fried too. To quote a post I made a while ago:

Another example of ADT vs. XXXPT is that Gen could post a query here as to what shade of poop she should paint her walls and nobody on XXXPT would think it unusual; ADT might not know what to make of such a thing.

As far as Selena self-promoting: if she's kissing ass in her reviews to get work that would bother me. However, her long posts promoting her scenes didn't bother me at all. That may be an industry-insider vs. fanboy thing: I think it's interesting to hear who's working with who, etc, whereas insiders may already know all of that.
