^^^She must have had them done after the baby. When you get cosmetic surgery, one of the questions they ask is if you're pregnant. They can't operate on you if you are due to putting the fetus at risk for birth defects or death during anesthesia.

Would it really matter if the baby died while on the operating table? How is dieing later strapped into a car seat, on a hot summers day, while mommy is inside paying for her drug habit, better? Just as dead. I guess the doctors have to cover their ass though.

Yeah, that's what I thought. I thought for some reason she was still knocked up. I dunno. It's been a while since I paid any attention to TMFR.

In most States, you have to take a course from an accredited real estate school. In our State it's a 60hr course. Then you get a provisional license and apply to take the State exam. Then you take another 30 hr course. You also have to get a broker to sponsor you/work under. What cut they take from your commissions is negotiable. Licensing stuff. I don't see Taylor Rain pulling all this off within a year.

Taylor isn't bright but it's good to see she at least fake trying to do something with her wasted brain considering ohw she used to behave. Perhaps I've got a soft spot for her, as she is one of the first P-dubs I got to hang with many moons ago. Also, I've seen/read some of her more assinine comments over the years. Maybe its more me thinking Steph is a filthy crack whore than anything else, but I just think it's always good to see people progress in life in any type of positive way, however little it may seem to be from the outside. Thx, B. I was pretty sure you had to take a test, but I didn't know that a passing a course was often prerequisite.
