if you want more bodies then maybe go less-is-more for a while, change or delete the top banner and get rid of boxcover mania because like that girl things are coming at us from both sides. personally i'd strip it down to bare minimum and then load the commerce back in slowly over longterm. you can imagine how successful social networking sites or the S.S. would've been if they hit everyone over the head with ads or skull&crossbones symbols up front.
