A few years back there was junky the next town over who thought it was a brilliant idea to stick people up with a toy gun, till he tried to stick up someone who had a real gun and a carry permit. It was ruled justifiable homicide. The best was the news clip of the Junky's mother complaining that it wasn't fair for someone to carry a real gun and that her son was a good boy and didn't deserve to die like he did.
