After I made the dough and rolled it out, I shaped the pretzel then dipped it in a boiling solution of baking soda then placed on a cookie sheet to bake. I basted the preztels with melted honey and butter. Its a shit load of work so it pays to do a couple oven loads at a time to make the prep and clean up worth the time and effort. My home made soft pretzels were filling. They tasted great but sat in your stomach like a lead weight. _________________________ Fap, Fap, Fap
