It seems to me, being an extreme n00b, that there are a few issues here.
1. Donny Long is scumbag.

Let me break those down for you.

Okay. From everything I've read, you're right. He's a wifebeater (or at least a woman beater) and a thief. And that's just what I've read in the past few hours. Now, I've read, that the male bisexuals extort the producers and directors. Some female stars barebacking tricks. I dunno if that's true or not. However, assuming it is true, this is a cancer that the industry has to get rid of. This is like the mafia coming into your small shop, saying, "Hey, pay me for protection." Those who don't pay, get their shops busted into and all of their shit broken the next day, maybe they get roughed up to boot.
This can not be up to us to decide, as we neither produce, nor direct any of these films. Well, at least *I* don't.
What this all comes down to is an issue of public safety. I have the right to walk down the street and not get shot at. These people have the right to work in this industry and expect not to catch HIV. It's either slap a rubber on it, or better yet, just don't work in porn at all. I don't really give a shit.
3. Pornowikileaks. I dunno who started this sight, and I'm damn sure not gonna fly out to CA to stalk anybody. I just like knowing the real names of some of the girls that I've been jerking it to. I've heard everything from 4chan lulzers to Donny Long. I find both of them equally believable.

Also, I'd like to correct an error: AIM registration costs about $200 annually and it's doubtful his account has been valid for years. Besides, everyone knows that if the Donkey actually saw that much scratch at one time, he'd blow it on meth. It's not $200 annually. It's $200 monthly. It can't have to do with posting his legal name.
I've posted his legal name. I post variants of it constantly [more to tweak Tony than donkey]. And, they both just ignore me.
Donkey isn't trying to hide in "civilian" life. He can't stand that he has a criminal record and that anyone with his real name can bring up his records.
He's the only person I know in porn that's more afraid of people knowing what he's done outside of porn than in it. He's full of denial about his wife beating, for example.

According to the state of Florida [and confirmed in part why CorporationWiki], it is owned by one Sixto F. Pacheco who also has been involved with the following businesses:
