Dusting off my fake lawyer degree. Is it still blackmail (settle down, not a racial slur)if you skip Step 1 (threatening to post their privates) and go straight to Step 3, posting said privates. Not saying that's what happened. I'm more curious than anything.

As an aside, I loved the Salon article. It had to be pretty hard to be properly outraged for the victims, yet remind us all that they are in a dirty, dirty business and should be ashamed of themselves.
