A hypothesis for your consideration.
As a director, Donkey had access to the entire AIM database, so perhaps he first downloaded the AIM info so that he could try to recruit talent for his own adult job forum (a computer forensic investigation could probably determine if someone performed a look-up/download of the entire database).
After securing this information, Donkey then facilitated the info being posted at PWL.
AIM registration costs about $200 annually and it's doubtful his account has been valid for years. Besides, everyone knows that if the Donkey actually saw that much scratch at one time, he'd blow it on meth.
It's fairly common practice for people in the industry to "loan" each other their passwords. The general consensus is that the Donkey told one of his few remaining friends in the industry that he was about to start shooting again and asked to borrow that friend's password. The friend, having no idea what was to come, obliged. The friend in question is genuinely a nice guy and would never have done it if he knew what was going to happen, so his name will not be posted here.
As for Mitchell, she might be guilty of negligence, on many fronts, but she didn't do anything deliberately, either.

You really want to make the Donkey squirm? It’s quite simple, actually: All you have to do is go over to his site and post about a certain industry attorney whose name is neither “Sirkin” nor “Cambria.” This MotherFucker (hereinafter: MF) has plenty of reason to worry about having his name linked to the Donkey’s, and the very mention of MF’s name is enough to send the Donkey into a full-on panic, to the point where the Donkey will delete entire threads rather than let the connection between himself and MF be known.
The exact nexus between the Donkey and MF isn’t known, but scuttlebutt has it that MF has a longstanding animus towards certain of the Donkey’s favorite targets, including CX3 and Derek Hay, dating back to certain failed internet ventures MF tried a few years back, and has advised the Donkey informally since that time. There are also rumors, thus far unconfirmed, about studio rental arrangements.
It’s funny how MF’s latest headlines have come from him speaking on behalf of the Free Speech Coalition, since the Donkey’s “Worstnightmare” account has a big ol’ FSC banner in the sig;
It’s even funnier how, as of post time, a search of “Worstnightmare’s” posts is met with a “database error:

First off: Posting a whore’s real ID, in and of itself, isn’t a crime. That’s not what can, and should, land the Donkey back in prison. Forget “hate speech,” and forget libel. Forget stalking and forget HIPPA. There’s some validity to each of those, but they’re weak even collectively.
HOWEVER, there is ONE single cognizable crime the Donkey and crew have committed and this is what has MF shitting in his pants:
18 USC 875 (d):
"Whoever, with intent to extort from any person, firm, association, or corporation, any money or other thing of value, transmits in interstate or foreign commerce any communication containing any threat to injure the property or reputation of the addressee or of another or the reputation of a deceased person or any threat to accuse the addressee or any other person of a crime, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both."
And this is what it boils down to: The Donkey’s entire schtick in this has been “Achtung! Whores: I know who you are, and unless you do my bidding, your info is going on my board.”
That’s clearly a crime, and, the way I look at it, if he’s got fifteen thousand names available for their reputations be damaged, unless they do his biding, then he’s opened himself to fifteen thousand counts of extortion under the statute.
AND, if MF has in any way, shape or form aided, abetted or otherwise helped the Donkey in this endeavor, he opens himself up to scrutiny. At the very least, it may be a disbarrable offence.
Lastly, I want to give a shout out to “You Know Who.” It’s absolutely amazing what one can come up with via your contact list. You ought to be more careful about those e-mail viruses. If you need the lulz, you might want to stick to Panzer. Just a suggestion.
