Seriously, tho, real names, real addresses, family members and stuff get out. I mean, just wanting your private life to be private doesn't mean it will. There's no law that says because you're a celeb, no matter how minor, that you are guarenteed that no one will figure out who you are.

Isn't the bigger thing the HIPAA violation of not keeping medical information under a better lock and key. Or does the hacker take the complete fall? Or will there be plenty of punishment to go around. I mean, we're talking the Internet, that's federal. Consequences will never be the same.
