Fuel is just fine, as per website FAQ I took out the cotton, replaced it with 5 new cotton balls (picked by blacks of course) and put FRESH Zippo fuel in (I think it's just naptha) As well as a new flint, couldn't find "Zippo Brand" So I figured Ronson would have to do.

I don't get how the abrasive/spark wheel could wear out considering the metal is HARDER than flint but that seems to have been how things are.

Will let you guys know how the repair department goes.

I don't care if it lights first time every time, just not every 10-15 times.

EDIT: the wick and the area around it are tricky just because of visibility. We'll see.
