Didn't Brian Surewood get at least 10 years?! How can this happen?

Some asshole with millions of dollars get's away with a heinous crime with a slap on the wrist? I for one am in shock.

Surewood got 11 years. Just to let Ben know. Everything I can find about it says "road-rage" plays a big part and I am assuming the courts/juries are not too sympathetic about that.

For what it's worth I liked the porn pirate. He will be out in 2018 depending on good behavior and stuff like that.

If the numbers are right he will be age 55 when he is released.
