NFL players are usually well aware of the risks of football. And their fans don't exactly demand to see acts that are highly likely to result in injury.

Pornstars, on the other hand, probably aren't aware of all of the risks of receptive anal sex (especially the long-term ones). If they were, there certainly wouldn't be so many women engaging in it. Plus there are fans that demand acts such as rough anal sex, with some claiming that anal sex done "properly" (slowly and carefully) is too boring.
