As for the banks.
I'm not nearly up to speed on US banking ethics, but it can't be too hard to find a payment service willing to work with you. Think outside the box: there are Albanian, Ukranian, Brazilian banks; they most probably offer also some kind of payment service.
Somebody will be naive enough to work with xvod new enterprise, porn or not, fraudulent or not. Give away more of your share and most banks will come crawling to get in.
