I rarely agree with Chuck on anything, but when he's right, he's spot on.

Assemble a finished product. describe, in detail its features. Explain exactly how and why your product is superior to anything else available. And, most importantly: Have it available to street.

Maybe then you'll have some basis for asking for contact info. Not before.
