conqs posts in this thread are a good place to start if you're looking to provide info to the consumer.i'm sure you'll answer all those questions he asked many more times.
also, people dont want to be emailed info. they want tech specs and pricing no more than 2 clicks away.

like i said i'm sure things are just getting rolling and will continue to evolve and improve. im actually interested in learning more about it hence my frustration with the brick wall that is your sell page.

btw,i have no idea what bdms problem with it is. it seems personal.
