I'd bet it could be arranged. It actually wasn't the gas passer as much as the nursing staff. He was having some pain, so they wanted to dope him up and keep him for the night. Apparently the painkillers slowed his breathing too much, and no one checked on him for like an hour and a half. No oxygen to the brain, no brain activity. Very fucked up situation. And it wasn't even for bigger tits.
