You are probably Italian yourself that can't make a decent pizza. Italians forgot how to make a decent pizza because the Mexicans are now running the ovens, and all the vegetable ingredients in pizza are 90% Chinese. So you get a pizza that has American cheese, American flour, Chinese vegetables and is done by Mexicans, nothing Italian but the bullshit Italian pizza joint name with a bullshit slogan "Best Pizza in Town".
Not that far off the mark, actually. In NY very few pizzerias are owned by Italians. Most are now owned by Arabs or other immigrants.
