Arizona actually has pretty good laws about getting nutjobs committed; I know the libertarian streak of some people think it's DA GUBMENT overstepping their boundaries, but often people who are seriously mentally ill think they are fine. I guess it's coming to light that the sheriff knew of Loughner before. This is gonna get interesting....
