Thankfully I don't work to please the keyboard warriors of XPT. Allow me to show a few of you shittalkers the error of your thinking.

1. I actually am an authorized DMCA agent. You know how I got that title? A copyright holder aurhorized me. Pretty simple eh? I know you want to portray it like I'm giving myself some self-important title but it actually is what is required by the DMCA law. Nice try though.

2. If my business model was as one of you described then I've been a very busy guy since I would have had to have uploaded over 1.4 million copyright infringements that I subsequently then DMCA'd. I've got a high workrate but even I have limits.

3. If this was all some 'scam' I've cooked up then I am REALLY undercharging. What none of you will care to ask is what figure copyright holders pay for my service. So I'll divulge this figure to you : $250/mth. Wow right what a stupidly low figure. As I met with several of my clients this week in Vegas, one of the recurring themes was they wanted me to charge MORE so that I could expand the service. Also know that other upstart anti-piracy services charge anywhere from 4 to 8 times as much as myself. My low rate also works to keep actual scammers away since they can't/won't compete with my rate.

4. I have been outspoken against end-user litigation that I'm sure many of you would eviscerate anyone who supports that tactic. I realize that there is no winning with most of you, but I have encouraged my clients to not use this tactic though that's ultimately up to them. I found myself in a wonderful conversation with a leader of the EFF today, a group I don't always agree with but we see almost eye-to-eye on this issue.

5. My reputation in this business speaks for itself. Over 13 years of service where I've been jailed 11 times, worked as a buyer for one of the most respected retail chains, worked as an advocate for good business practices in retail both for ethics and fairness to the consumers. Now I work, tirelessly I should add, to offer an inexpensive service to the copyright holders who produce the movies you all know and love.

If you want to take potshots at me, by all means, have fun. Just know that I've always worked to help the studios you all love so that they can continue to make movies for the fans like you that I've never taken for granted.
