What gender are they? I think female but then I have a heavy shadow of doubt. They are CosPlaying characters from an anime called "My litttle Sister can't be this cute"(Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai ). I tried asking Gia but she refused to help.
