If she just started having outbreaks of psoriasis/eczema she might start with getting her thyroid function and whormone levels checked. A sudden or major hormone change/imbalance could trigger flare ups in people predisposed to psoriasis/eczema. She's pushing 30 so a thyroid condition wouldn't be unheard of, especially if thyroid problems are common in her family history.
