yeah he looks real comfortable there. out to lunch but in the zone. when you're a sociopath or a psychopath, because you don't have any conscience and you don't have any feelings, you're not exactly sure how to act at all times, especially in social situations. and so types like scott are always looking to make sure they have control of the situation. and control of the situation would be responding the right way, and sometimes, its controlling the people in the situation.

if i was Kourtney i would invest in one of those chainmail suits that they use for shark feeding and just wear that to bed every night and not make a big deal out of it, because those guys can kill a person and they can stab a person as casually and with as much emotion as you and i would have padding our mouth dry with a napkin and cutting a steak. as it is every time she laughs a little too loud she risks winding up hanging upside-down, gutted and her blood drained.
