I think I'm just perterbed that I lost a chilli cookoff to something that you could have dipped a chicken ball in.

Meh. It was kinda fun. I think I'd make it again. I think I'd get more aggressive with flavors next time. Didn't use garlic because I didn't want it drifting towards pasta sauce....

Mmmm.... pasta sauce. Maybe it's time to make a batch of bolognese. Haven't had that in a while.
