Gia, it means orgasm, not masturbation. (Well to some people it might mean that, but I live in a French speaking country and have never heard it used that way.)

It's a pretty interesting metaphor in French and is used also to describe things out of the context of sex. My understanding isn't great so you should probably look it up.
