Funniest Sports site out there and the one that broke the Favre dick-pic story. I stumbled into it a while back from it's related automotive site Jalopnik. I think Gia posts on another of their sites "Jezebel" and Gawker is good too.

Yup. During down times at work, I visit these sites in order:
Music: Captain's Dead, Large Hearted Boy, Stereogum, WFMU Blog.
Tier 1: Deadspin, Pop Candy, Metafilter, The Daily What.
Tier 2: Eater (first National, than the PDX subfeed), Obscure Store, Wonkette, Gawker, Lifehacker, Blogtown PDX.
Tier 3: The Awl, Splitsider, Flavourwire.
Tier 4: Buzzfeed, Serious Eats, Slashfood.
Then, The Onion, Reddit, Sports Pickle, Google Trends, elbo.ws, Tastespotting after that.
And yes, they are organized into folders as such in my Bookmarks.

Firefox has an add-on called "morning coffee" that will load your reading list with a click.

I prefer the Firefox Bookmarks/Organize Bookmarks feature to organize into subfolders, then Open All in Tabs to use controlled bursts of Web crawling, as opposed to that screenshot of D.L.'s web-surfing from years back where he had 30+ tabs opened at once. Controlled bursts vs. spinning around with the recoil.
