I think Philip Rivers will be a good quarterback if he is given a chance. It is too bad that he is gonna be with such a shitty organization and if he doesn't throw the ball well right away, people might start to compare him to Ryan Leaf so early. Ryan Leaf's problem was that he had a bad attitude and it seemed that he didn't have much passion for the game. There were still questions concerning his ability even when he was drafted by the Chargers.

Rivers will be lucky to have Tomlinson by his side to carry a big portion of this teams offence. I don't think he will put up great numbers right away, but like any good QB, it takes time and dedication to become a solid player. oh yeah, a good o-line helps also (hint hint)
