I recieved a pm from a person who claims to know (or knew her) and just got the ok to post what they sent.

Basically they claim she came from an upper middle class family, stable upbringing, she was kind of the ugly duckling type in high school who formed well once puberty kicked in, she liked the new found attention, began sleeping around with the boys, hanging with the wrong kids, doing drugs, yada yada yada, her father (asian) found out about it and does what most asians do in similar situations, played the shame game, eva rebelled harder and so she is today.

Disappointing story, but thats reality and makes the most sense, I guess.
