Bob, you can't just walk up to some random person and say, "what happened??". You've got to start talking to your neighbors, find out who the right department at the post office is to talk to. Deliver them a petition, or whatever. That's how it would be done, but unfortunately, no one makes decisions anymore. They just walk around and grouse.

WTF are you doing getting 6 bills in your mail in a single day anyway? How many credit cards do you have? 6 bills in one day? That's almost as many as I get in an entire month.

Oh, and BTW. They have this new neat thing called the internet. That's where I get and pay all my bills.

Stop using the post office for stuff you don't need it for. You're just delaying it's eventual demise. Let it die and go out of its misery already. Then you won't have to complain about it so much.
