i spent a combined 11 hours in sweet watery hell with these guys a few weeks back in grand turk. reef sharks, nurse sharks, 4-5' barracuda and a rare hammerhead - basically big house cats until you get up into the larger varieties like tigers/bulls/whites. so i was about as interesting to them as celery sticks to Taryn Thomas, and they pretty much just did drive-bys where they come at you head on and then turn at the last second to see "what you got" and "can they have some".

then on the last day, Dolphins on the run from The Japan so i went in to check it out.

Since this trip I was informed by a board member that scuba is not a quarter homo, not half homo, but full homo and also queer, and that free diving is where its at on account of "an explosion of bubbles not following you everywhere scaring the shit out of fish" to be able to "just fucking freeshaft everything". thanks, jamesn. so that's next i guess, carbon fins and shallow water blackout here we come.
