Minors in some places can get tatts and piercings with parental concent or being legally emancipated….or has some damn good fake ID’s…..


Again….here is the deal…..my hunch is it is someone trying to cause controversy to get them to remove said content…..outside of that they wouldn’t shoot someone underage…if she paid them…..


You only need to be 18 or have a parents permission if you get inked or pierced in a legitimate business, there's tons of people out there tattooing and piercing people out of there houses, garages and so on.
