Minors in some places can get tatts and piercings with parental concent or being legally emancipated….or has some damn good fake ID’s…..


Again….here is the deal…..my hunch is it is someone trying to cause controversy to get them to remove said content…..outside of that they wouldn’t shoot someone underage…if she paid them…..
