Sometimes these days there are not even pimps to pimp them out....since they have ads on all the major (Craigslist) recruitment sites looking for the willing, the gullible and the desperate. RK already has a good legal team on retainer....they have had to had one from the start......but the mere fact that if they actually took down the content in question is then that its probably true.

Presumably, though, she presented some form of plausibly-realistic fake identification. Surely you're not suggesting that content producers shoot Nina Hartley all the time to make sure they're not dipping into jailbait runaways. That girl Bieyanka looks young, sure, but I can't imagine Reality Kings didn't check ID.
Bieyanka, in her made-up porn whore incarnation, was pretty. Too bad we won't catch her scenes.
So what if she's 15? According to the photos on her Myspace page, she's likely a single mom. (Note the upper right-hand corner of that 2009 calendar, which in most cases means that baby was born sometime in 2008, making it possibly born when Bieyanka was 13.) Teenage single moms are already sexually active, ipso facto, and need substantially more money than they can reasonably earn with their other skills. Chasing Bieyanka Moore out of porn through child-pornography legislation just means she'll be tricking out of a motel room for $40. I'm not sure that's the best social policy.

Forgive my ignorance, but what type of ID is normal to present to porn producers?
(I have 2 passports, a driver's license and an OHIP card all with my photo and birthday.)
I would want to see every piece of ID a girl could produce before filming her.
EDIT: I just realized in one of the above posts that she has tattoos. Don't you need to be 18 to get inked in most places?
As in, plausible ID, girl has tattoos, she is 18 as far as I can tell?

Look, what I'm saying is this girl, given her status as a throw-away child, a single mom out on her own, should be able to choose the least worst option. Ideally, she'd be smart, college-bound and in the embrace of a loving family instead of that illiterate ape who's pimping her (she doesn't seem to be much of a bookworm herself, nor does her CAPS LOCK key appear to be working). But that option is already foregone, given her current position.
Personally, I can't get turned on by a 15 year-old. I tried, with Traci Lords' stuff after her scandal broke. Total wood-killer.

The Palm Beach Post reported the discovery of the missing girl named on the poster on Feb 3 10. That's apparently the first time she ran away to FL. A photo there closely resembles the girl on the Nevada missing poster of Aug 2010, which strikes me as very curious and helps to discount the possibility of a hoax. I am hesitant to post a screen grab here because two minors are depicted in the article. It is easily found by searching the missing girl's name and the newspaper. You only need to be 18 or have a parents permission if you get inked or pierced in a legitimate business, there's tons of people out there tattooing and piercing people out of there houses, garages and so on.
