Ask if the service tech they are sending is an outside contractor or request a phone company employed union service. You have a slighty better chance of getting better service from a union telco employee than a contractor.....the contractors make money on the volume of calls they can claim to have completed. The union telco employees unsually don't give a shit how long it takes unless the weather sucks or its cutting into their lunch/nap time.
