They sent me a new modem but it didn't help. Now they are dispatching a line man because my telephone lines aren't supporting more than a meg of speed. Looks like a storm or maybe some badly done phone repair a month ago might be the culprit. I will update. I had to get pretty testy with them a few days ago to get anything done. Was on the verge of going from AT&T to cable.
