My only problem w/ Cablevision was when they were playing hardball w/ the Yankees Network. I switched to Direct TV,they straight up sucked in customer service, and the Air Force base fucked up my reception. After I switched back to Cablevision, I haven't had any big problems. Email was out for 1.5 days, but they sent an email saying I'd be credited for 2 days on the next bill.
