then that gym is worth going to (because) its 20 minutes away from home, doubly so since you work at home. you need to get out of there because it smells like a dead body. forget the fat-burner pills (for now), they're useless without a foundation. the weights at home, you won't ever use them, again not without a foundation/routine, which starts at the gym. there's value in its live atmosphere, it keeps you going, subconsciously seeing other people doing their thing, plus live females walking around breathing like fish at rest.
bring an ipod, tune in and tune out- enter the hypnotic state. also don't think in terms of "losing weight", thats secondary and a nice side effect. again its about "the hypnotic state." time goes by fast and you walk out feeling good thanks to biochemistry. set a time of the day to go, and just go, don't think about it. and don't think in terms of going for a week or a month, just get yourself there _today_. when tomorrow comes worry about tomorrow.
