When I was in Vancouver, local news was broadcasting a video of a big, burly Vancouver cop walking on East Hastings in tandem with another Brock Lesnar-sized giant with a gun. A street woman with cerebral palsy was walking towards them. They did not move around her. Instead, big, burly cop #1 shoved the street woman to the ground. Passersby went to help the woman up but the 2 police just looked back and kept going.
