I know I may have been the only person on the planet watching the series, but on Showtime's "The Hoop Life", Alisha Klass played a porn star dating a married pro-basketball player [kind like what ended up happening to Tiger, but filmed in 1999, IIRC].

Alisha was actually pretty good.
