Too bad the ruling was outside of USA.

In the US, it's a control term.

A white person uses it, and they are ostracized, while blacks use it freely.

I wouldn't care if no one were able to use the term, but in the US as thus construed, it's a weapon against free speech.

Overemphasis on that term is part of a contemporary American obsession with politically correct/"appropriate" language that stems from the excessive influence of the university Modern Languages cabal.

Blacks who lead the word nigger bother them are just giving you a leash you can yank on any time you want.
