Yes that show was way off the wall and a real original. All those fucking shows are actually copying him. He still does one taped show a week. You should go on there and shill your product. That would be classic, afro and all.

Now,that is as very much a heavily frightening fact as much as I admitting that I really love that cool looking tie that the almighty ultra-conservative maniac that is Wally George prouds wears(and I'm a liberal,of all things,which would really frighten Wally).

I pay no mind to liberal/conservative when it comes to Wally George as the show is pure schtick (sp?). On KDOC TV-56 he runs a nightly show that features 'Best Of' highlights. From my understanding, his show is still taped once a week, live.
Going back in time, I grew up in the SFV and watched Wally George and his daily live phone in show. Pure fucking fun for any 14 year-old. I swear, at least 90% of the calls were pranks. KDOC was also the home to old-school KROQ DJ's Poorman, Swedish Eagle, Richard Blade, etc. and was the first - and only - home to an all midget sit-com starring Billy Barty called 'Short Ribbs'.
