Not talking about anyone in particular but it's a board s.o.p. to become preoccupied with one member or another and to unintentionally feed that members cry for attention. [see any thread with Darrah F. posts.] I worked with delinquents for 25 years. Negative attention for some is better than no attention. Best to praise when deserved, choose your battles wisely and ignore the more ignorant and asinine behaviors.
