What the fuck does this have to do with customer service you fucking braindead piece of shit goddamn asshole...he was bitching because he was doing a favor for a friend and was losing money and actual customers...but in your fucked up twisted mind who is obsessed with writing complaint letters to arby's you actually think the guy removing the fridge at his own sacrifice actually owed the other guy something? You'd probably write a complaint letter to a fucking kebab stand you sack of shit. You're worse than my fucking grandmother who puts food in her purse when she goes to the buffet and holds up the grocery counter saying something that is $2.19 is supposed to be $2.09....I wonder how many complaints where made about your creepy ass when you worked at burger king and mervyns.....People like you should be hung drawn quartered set on fire and your carcass ground up and made into low grade pet food.

Favor or not, he was doing a service and making (or not making, due to poor judgement) money. As a customer I expect to be treated with uttermost respect and without any profanity, agravated behaviour or violence.

Yes, I write consumer complaints because the voice of justice has to be heard. And that is everyone's consumer right to complain to the businesses. Don't let the business fool you but cutting off the corners at your expense!

Your granny is absolutely right, because that $0.10 price difference does add up. I was actually interning at one of the biggest bra and panty manufacturer and they had a meeting on how they could save $0.07 on every unit produced so they could meet with Walmart's demands. That was actually a 3-hour meeting and this kind of thing is not a myth.

At the end it does not really matter: if you are a business then you are a business, whether it is a small-time guido that collects scrap or a global corporation that churns out burgers and fries - a customer is always right.

And I never worked for Burger King, I only worked for Staples and Macy's.

Holding up the others on the grocery line isn't the right way, but that's not really just a dime difference. If the store is a big chain and an item scans at more than marked or advertised, you get that item free.

But, the right method is to pay and then take your receipt, etc., to the customer service counter. Why hold up the line?
