^^^Seriously. I mean there's 2 good schools (Palos Verdes/public) or Marymount (private), but there's no depth to that city and it's being over-ridden with suburban sprawl trash every year. They've annexed some Johnny-come-lately area into Summerland. A travesty indeed. Anyway, 2 places you don't bring kids...VEGAS AND IKEA.

I bought a house there in 2002 (sold in 2005). Was cool living there my first year because it was still a no man's land and only a small bit of the uber nouveu riche douchey-ness it is now. It was just enough to give ya a Whole Foods, fine dining, and a Pottery Barn.

Oh yeah, the IE- the 9-0-fuckin9, still sucks balls.
