Oddly, the busiest one that I know of is in a Hispanic neighborhood, which either means that even they have been seduced to the "dark side" or non-Mexican Hispanics are as ignorant of good Tex-Mex food as the average white boob.
But, then again, my Sicilian stepdad likes Papa Johns.
