Please, no one calls it Negro Chelle; It's more than 2/3rd's white. It's not like it's Mount Vernon and, if you are from the area, which I am not certain of because you're citing things that are inaccurate, 600K is on the lower half of house prices there. The average housing price is around 750-800K. It's not hard for suburban home prices 25 minutes from New York to go to 1MM despite being rather modest properties

These are small gripes but, since I lived in the area for 20 years, I was surprised that someone who stated he was from the area also would be that inaccurrate.

Actually, we called it Negro Chelle, graduated from HS in the area in 93. Not saying everyone did, but we did. Also, while it's not as "dark" as Mount Vernon, Only place I really hung out was North Ave for the bars in high school, and that area, and the surrounding, are either lotsa colored folks, or college students from Iona. Yes, there are very nice areas of NewRo, and they've cleaned it up quite a bit. My drug dealer lives near the hospital, back towards Palmer ave, and it's a decent neighborhoos. Projects are still projects though.

Anyway, seems this Montana trick is all fucked up. Cant blame daddy, nor does it seems she is. Probably a typical whore with no self esteem being led around by a suitcase

Incidentally, great pizza from A No 1 pizza (get it? Iona backwards, such fancy ginzo's) right on North ave.
