The "rabbi" in that picture doesn't give out money. Or run any businesses I'm aware of.

He just takes it [or, maybe more accurately, "sells promises of his contributors earning more money"].

Maybe it's no different than the people who donate to churches for "afterlife insurance", but it doesn't seem too "kosher" to me.
