Wasn't that the money that was in frozen Iraqi accounts since the first Gulf War? Or is this a fresh couple billion that is missing?

I forget if it was here or a Konspiracy Kook site that I read the story about the pallets of cash that were shipped from the Fed's North Jersey warehouse to Iraq and doled out in Iraq w/next to no over sight.
