You know I had this idea although slightly altered- I want people to have to pass a series of qualifications in order to reproduce. The parents to be should be able to support the child financially, emotionally and intellectually ( and I could probably add a few more) before having children. At least it would prevent stupidity from perpetuating itself generation after generation like it is. How does that song lyric go.... I've been around the world and it seems like only stupid people are breeding
