Soviet Apartment
I think that someone is the USA should make a Soviet style apartment, completely outfitted with Soviet stuff. They can make this apartment like on 5th avenue here in NYC. Outside it will look like a luxury apartment building, but inside there will be a Soviet apartment. Even refrigirator will be Soviet and the food will be Soviet too: like tomato juice, Pepsi Cola, salad olive', kutlets, kisel, etc.

I was thinking about this but then I thought that in NYC it can actually be more expensive than a regular house. Because the mayor will probably figure out to implement somekind of building obstacles that will favor the regular buildings and will cause these container houses to be expensive to build.

The thing about using the suits or any other clothes from the store and returning them back is that you gotta have the ticket hangering gun. I bought my on eBay for under $7.00 delivered and it comes with 5,000 plastic ticket hangers, which should last several lifetimes.
I like when people say "There's no such thing as free lunch" but then I say to myself "Oh yes there is!" [referring to that FREE KFC grilled chicken meal from last year]. I love being a cheep ass. I know that most people frown upon it, but I love beating retailers at there own game so they don't make a profit and I spend as less money as possible.

Panzer, there's no way you could do a buy-and-return. The gig's up once the store finds your greasy processed food sweat stench on the clothes.

I worked at Nordstrom. Even they, with a well known flexible return policy, had a limit.
